APPROACH

 

This was a complete overhaul of the project management toolset, including Resource Management, Portfolio Management, Time sheets, Reporting and System Administration.

  • ​Execution - System selection and implementation of MS Project Online across the enterprise.  Implemented processes and system configuration including;

    • ​Resource Management - ensure resource requirements and forecasting were accurate and current.  

    • Time Entry - Converted from legacy time entry system to MS Project Online timesheets.  

    • SharePoint & MS Teams Integration - Established process for using SharePoint and MS Teams. 

    • Portfolio Management - Established Portfolio Management cadence and processes.  Utilized MS Project Online capabilities to monitor demand and project performance.  

    • Power BI - Defined and built Power BI reports.   Established process for consistent review of reports.  Trained resources on how to maintain and build new reports.

    • System Administration - Established requirements for proper configuration of MS Project Online.  Provide system administration support.
