Atlanta has always felt like home, and in many ways, it’s also home to PMO Squad Staffing.

I’m excited to share that I’ve joined PMO Squad Staffing as President. This role is especially meaningful to me, not just because of where the company is headed, but because of where it all began.

PMO Squad Staffing was founded in Atlanta 13+ years ago. This city represents the company’s entrepreneurial roots, its growth mindset, and its commitment to building something lasting in the project management space. There’s something powerful about returning to those roots as we look ahead to the next chapter.

About Me

My true passion has always been project management. For the past two decades, I’ve been fortunate to spend my career delivering complex technology initiatives alongside talented teams. What has kept the work interesting isn’t just the problems to solve, but the people solving them together.

My professional beliefs were shaped early — through youth sports and growing up in the Midwest. I learned that a team is always greater than the sum of its parts, and that strong relationships are built by showing up with curiosity, respect, and a willingness to help. Those principles have guided how I approach leadership and collaboration throughout my career.

I’ve always viewed projects as large jigsaw puzzles. Each one requires problem-solving, patience, and perspective to understand how the pieces fit together. The finished picture is never the result of one person’s effort — it’s created by a team aligned around a shared goal. I’ve had the opportunity to apply that mindset across aerospace, healthcare, automotive aftermarket, and retail, with each engagement presenting a different challenge but the same expectation: deliver meaningful results, together.

A Reunion That Strengthens Our Future

Even more personally, joining PMO Squad Staffing represents a reunion.

CEO and Founder Joe Pusz and I worked together earlier in our careers. We’ve seen firsthand what strong leadership, trust, and shared values can accomplish. Over the years, we both went on to build, lead, and scale teams in different ways, gaining perspectives that have shaped how we approach people, delivery, and growth.

Now, we’re bringing that experience back together.

You could say we’re “bringing the band back together” — and that’s exactly how it feels. Not for nostalgia’s sake, but because we believe the combination of our leadership, experiences, and shared vision positions PMO Squad Staffing to grow stronger, smarter, and more impactful.
