Sales - Business Development Leader - Atlanta, Phoenix

As THE PMO SQUAD continues to grow we need aggressive Business Development professionals to join the team. Looking for entrepreneurial minded Business Development Leaders willing to "run into the fire" to drive sales.

Role Function: 
This leader is tasked with expanding THE PMO SQUAD client base by locating, developing, defining, and closing business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy individual with a professional approach for engaging in Business-to-Business prospecting, selling to meet customer needs, and closing sales. Ideal candidates will also have an understanding of Project Management processes, Project Management Software and Professional Services. This is a Phoenix-based position. Minimal travel is expected. You must be highly energetic, detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated. We offer an aggressive incentivized compensation based on results. You will have the opportunity to grow our Phoenix based Sales team and become a leader within our Start-up Phoenix operations.
Responsibilities:
 *  Contacting potential prospects or current clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
 *  Closing new deals
 *  On-site prospecting for new business
 *  Represent THE PMO SQUAD at events and professional functions
Requirements: 
 *  3-5 years of experience
 *  Professional Services selling experience a plus
 *  Strong communication skills
 *  Self-starter, highly organized
 *  Experience working in start-up type environment
 *  An understanding of Project Management processes
 *  An understanding of Project Management Software
 *  Strong follow-up skills
 *  Strong closing skills

Consulting - Project Management Consultants - Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, New York City, Phoenix, Washington D.C.

We have multiple openings for Consultants with experience leading a Project Management Office (PMO) or delivering large scale programs/projects. You should have experience Assessing, Starting, and Optimizing PMOs. Prefer several years experience in Construction, Healthcare, Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing, Government, or Technology.

Role Function: 
The Consultant is tasked with advising THE PMO SQUAD client base in Project Management and/or PMO best practices. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated Project Management leader who has run one or more PMO(s) and understands the value a well run PMO provides an organization. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of Project Management processes, Project Management Software and Consulting. The Consultant should have experience leading enterprise Programs and/or Projects either across industries or with a speciality in a specific industry. This is a Phoenix-based position. Minimal travel is expected.
Responsibilities:
 *  Leading on-site client Consulting engagements
 *  Mentoring and collaborating with fellow SQUAD Consultants
 *  Represent THE PMO SQUAD at events and professional functions
Requirements: 
 *  5+ years of experience leading a Project Management Office (PMO)
 *  5+ years leading large scale Programs and/or Projects 
 *  Strong communication skills
 *  Self-starter, highly organized
 *  Experience working in start-up type environment
 *  A deep understanding of Project Management processes
 *  An understanding of Project Management Software
 *  Strong presentation skills
