We are honored to announce that the U.S. Secretary of Labor Martin J. Walsh recognized The PMO Squad as one of the 849 recipients of the 2021 and 2022 HIRE Vets Medallion Award during a virtual award ceremony.
The PMO Squad earned the Platinum awards for meeting the qualifications in each of the past 2 years. The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is earned by businesses that demonstrate unparalleled commitment to recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans.
Recipients of the HIRE Vets Medallion Awards meet rigorous employment and veteran integration assistance criteria, ranging from veteran hiring and retention to providing veteran-specific resources, leadership programming, dedicated human resources, pay compensation and tuition assistance programs. In 2022, The PMO Squad was just 1 of 7 Platinum Medallion Recipients in the state of Arizona!

JEROME MACDONALD
Jerome is the Director of Operations for The PMO Squad and an Army veteran. Jerome served more than 22 years in the US Army as a technician and operations supervisor.

The PMO Squad is a proud supporter of Active Duty Service members, Veterans, and Military Spouses. We have been awarded the Platinum Medallion by the United States HIRE Vets program! The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is the only federal-level veterans’ employment award that recognizes a company or organization’s commitment to veteran hiring, retention, and professional development.
We also support the US Department of Defense Skillbridge Program. We have hired multiple Veterans to our team from the Skillbridge program through our partnership with 50Strong. Our commitment is to hire, retain, and support Veterans in the workforce via direct employment on The PMO Squad team, contract engagements with clients, and direct placement opportunities with our partner organizations.
PMO Joe is a Co-Founder of VPMMA, the Veteran Project Manager Mentor Alliance. VPMMA is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization that provides industry-based project management career mentorship and networking opportunities for our Nation’s great Service-Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses.
